Return policy

Sale and Discounted Items: All purchases of sale, used, and/or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Eligibility for Regular-Priced Items:

Refund: We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs once the following conditions are met.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned within 21 days of the purchase date and must be in new, unused condition.

Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee to return items.

Inspection: Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in new, unused condition.
Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible at admin@jcomautomation.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Return Process:

Contact Us: Email us at admin@jcomautomation.ca with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return.

Receive Approval: If the item meets our return guidelines, we will send you an email to notify you of your next steps.

Package Safely: Securely package the items to prevent further damage and return them.

Processing: Once we receive the package, we will ship the replacement item or issue a refund or store credit.

Condition: If the item is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we will not issue a store credit.
Order Cancellations: In the event you need to cancel your order, a store credit will be provided for future use. Please note that cash refunds will not be offered.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (see return process above), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
